The Trois Estate is more for the conscious and intentional couples vs the latter.
One of my favorite places to stay and one of my places to drive to exclamation point it's located across the street from Enchanted Rock where you can hike!
You must understand Enchanted Rock to fully appreciate the brilliance of the Trois Estate.
You must appreciate the amazing beauty of the Texas Hill Country to fully appreciate the Trios Estate.
I see the Trois Estate as it "is" and completely impressed.
The attention to details is unrivaled. As if the rooms and furnishing are not enough this property is facing Enchanted Rock with breath taking views.
The Trios Estate is mesmerizing by way of artisan design and antiquity's.... refined yet unrefined in perfection.
I have traveled the world many times over and experienced the finest in hospitality establishments know.
Don't let the other positive reviews fool you, this place is a nightmare. Photos online are extremely misleading. No staff anywhere to be found, tv does not work in room, rooms are filthy (spiders crawling everywhere, sheets with suspicious stains, tub with dirt in it, threadbare, dingy towels). our room even had a "secret passage" that led into the main personal home?! Very expensive ($250/night) and they charge you in full a week ahead of time and do not refund your money, despite all the above complaints. Worst experience.

You can tell this place used to be nice, but the pictures are not what you get. While the grotto was cool, the museum and restaurant weren't even open. No one in office to get fresh towels or anything. The rooms are gross. There were bugs in the shower and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping without being fully covered. Seems like who ever owns it now is just letting it fall apart. You can always go visit it and just see the property but I wouldn't ever stay there again. Paid 190 a night for a place that I didn't want to take my shoes off in.
