Wonderful views big tub great launch for bike enthusiast
Our stay was absolutely fabulous! As soon as we got out of the car we could smell the wonderful scent from all the wild flowers around the cottages. We stayed in the d'vine cottage and it more than lived up to it's name. Both patios were surrounded by abundant Texas wildflowers, many butterflies and humming birds! There was a tray of fantastic cheeses and grapes waiting for us in the fridge that paired perfectly with the wine we bought. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, with fantastic linens and a luxurious fluffy comforter. The bathroom had a phenomenal airtub in addition to a European-style walk in shower. The last evening of our stay we sat on the patio, enjoying some grilled steak and wine and marveled at three young deer grazing not more than 150 ft from us. The location of the cottages are ideal if you want to enjoy a secluded country retreat while still only being minutes from Main Street. Susan went the extra mile to accommodate us in many ways and we will absolutely be staying here next time we visit.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the D'Vine Cottage and it was amazing! The pictures don't do this place justice. Not only were the cottages, a home-away-from-home, but the owners thought of everything - text message with directions the day before, a cheese board with crackers welcoming us, the porch light on, terry bath robes and the Fig shampoo and body lotion. It's so quiet here, even with the other two cottages rented out, we never heard anyone. For those of you who are cyclists, you have endless roads right out the front door. We did a 34 mile ride and only saw about 6 cars the entire time. I highly recommend Cherry Mountain Cottages for a romantic getaway or girl's/guy's trip.
